Who is Birdwing?
Stuart and Katie Pence own and operate Birdwing Property Services, LLC out of Keys, OK. It's just us, so we handle your grant applications from start to finish. One of us in on-site for each evaluation, and one of us is here to answer your questions as you move through the process.
Stuart enjoys hunting and fishing, and Katie likes to dabble in photography and baking. In fact, Katie took all the photos on this page!

What is FORTIFIED?
FORTIFIED is a creation of IBHS with beyond code construction requirements that are designed to strengthen a home or business against certain types of extreme weather, like hail and high winds.

How much is a FORTIFIED roof?
FORTIFIED roofs are more extensive systems than standard roofs, and cost more because of these requirements. Customers have stated they have been told FORTIFIED roofs will cost 40-60% more than a standard roof. Evaluators cannot estimate roof costs.
